This role offers a strategic opportunity to shape the enterprise data architecture for a large-scale organization, enabling data-driven decision-making across all business units. The ideal candidate will drive data strategy, define governance practices, and design scalable, modern platforms that support analytics, AI / ML, and operational needs. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise objectives. This is a high-impact position where your expertise in cloud platforms, data modeling, and emerging technologies will directly influence business outcomes and innovation.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide data strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Design domain-aligned data models and architectures to support analytics, AI / ML, and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and co-create AI-driven use cases.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance frameworks across the enterprise.
  • Facilitate cross-functional design sessions to ensure scalable, performant, and integrated solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms (cloud, AI / ML, streaming, microservices) and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Mentor and enable other architects and technical teams through training, documentation, and best practices.
  • Provide architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with standards and enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture or technical leadership within large-scale organizations.
  • Expertise in data modeling, metadata management, data integration, and governance practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark).
  • Practical experience implementing AI / ML solutions and cloud platforms at scale.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD, containerization, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, PCI).
  • Preferred : Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), data mesh / fabric, and analytics tools.
  • Benefits
