What you will do : As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet our customers needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As an Associate Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need : Bachelors Degree from an accredited university, 1-2 years in an outside sales position (medical sales or B2B is preferred), 40-50% overnight travel annually, must be able to readily solve customer complaints, must have fundamental command of all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer, must be able to analyze territory market potential prioritize call patterns accordingly.

Stryker will provide : In-house product training program, field sales training in field training, computer training.
