Job description12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce development and architecture. Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and oversee technical delivery. Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to distributed Salesforce teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or ETL tools. Define and implement best practices for coding, deployment, and CI / CD pipelines in Salesforce environments. Manage data modeling, migration, and data quality strategies. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and governance. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure stable, high-quality releases. Diagnose and resolve production issues, implementing sustainable long-term solutions. Deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Batch Apex. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP Web Services, Middleware). Excellent understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, Governor Limits, Deployment, and Release Management. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver large-scale Salesforce initiatives. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certification. Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments. Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A challenging, innovating environment.
