Location : Le Roy, MI

Shift : 1st shift

Pay : $15 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a 1st shift Packager to join our team in Le Roy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to support a local company in the manufacturing sector and training to become a skilled CNC or Tool & Die Maker.

What You'll Be Doing

As a 1st shift Packager, your core responsibilities will include :

Packaging parts for shipments and deliveries

Performing general labor tasks, including packing finished products and maintaining accurate inventory.

Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, which involves picking orders and operating a hi-lo for loading / unloading and product storage.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following :

Qualifications :

Willingness to undergo on-the-job training (no prior experience is needed, but a good work history is required).

Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.

Able to work a medium to fast pace and be available for overtime as needed (including Saturday & Sunday).

Skills :

Basic Math Skills : necessary for counting inventory and completing order forms.

Attention to Detail : essential for accurate packing, picking, and machine operation.

Strong Work Ethic : demonstrated by a good work history and reliability.
