Overview
The Business Development Sales Associate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Lead Generation : Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, door-to-door outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Market Research & Marketing Support : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities. Assist in marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotional activities.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies, enhance customer experience, and support lead generation initiatives.
- Revenue Growth : Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role.Experience with door-to-door sales or direct client outreach preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office / Google Workspace.Preferred Qualifications
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and community-based marketing initiatives.Seniority level
