What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Serve as a customer industry advocate, improving the customer experience through risk understanding and tailored insurance solutionsConduct exposure evaluations, risk assessments, and pricing using a disciplined approachUtilize risk insights and data to inform decisions at the point of saleEngage in market-facing activities and production within the Construction divisionAdminister and monitor underwriting rules, insurance laws, and guidelinesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3+ years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing, or 6+ years in Claims or Underwriting SupportKnowledge of lines of business and legal / regulatory guidelinesFamiliarity with time constraints for quotes on new and renewal businessProficiency in Microsoft OfficeZurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and relevant experience may also be consideredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
