Director, Volunteer And Guest Services

Responsible for planning, organizing, leading all aspects of the Volunteer Services and Guest Services departments at Baptist Health Lexington.

Serves as the liaison to the Hospital Auxiliary.

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with volunteer services staff, volunteers, associated church groups, hospital staff and assures that the volunteer services program is a positive reflection to patients, the public and to the communities of Baptist Health Lexington.

Provides effective leadership for all aspects of guest services operations and staff including the information desks, PBX operators, Valet, and Gift shop operations.

Ensures teams provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years related experience
