• Deliver direct patient care in home settings using sound clinical judgment\n
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and document findings in EMR (EPIC)\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective and continuous care\n
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and home management\n\nSchedule & Compensation : \n
• Shift : Days – 40 hours / week\n
• Shift Times : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (flexible as per home visits)\n\nOver time Policy : \n
• 1.5 times of your hourly pay\n\nRequirements : \n
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience\n
• At least 1 completed travel contract\n
• Iowa RN license or active compact license – must be active at submission\n
• BLS (AHA) certification – must be current\n
• EMR experience with EPIC preferred\n\nJob Type : Contract\n\nPay : $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per week\n\nBenefits : \n
