Senior Manager of Specialist Solutions Consulting

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of CDH specialists focused on delivering real-time decisioning strategies that optimize customer experiences and business outcomes.
You'll be a hands-on leader guiding a team of expert consultants who work 1 : 1 with clients to implement sophisticated customer engagement engines, personalization strategies, and real-time decisioning solutions. Your role will blend coaching, commercial acumen, and solution excellence to drive both team performance and measurable business impact for our clients. You will also need to be a passionate change agent, working across the business to build our relationships and pipeline with internal Sales Teams, Partners and Customers.
A strategic leader with deep passion for customer engagement innovation and proven experience driving revenue through intelligent decisioning solutions. Skilled in coaching technical teams while maintaining strong commercial focus and understanding of business impact. Expert at managing complex implementation cycles and navigating enterprise-level customer engagement transformations. A collaborative communicator who excels in cross-functional environments and can translate technical CDH capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
8+ years in customer engagement solutions, marketing technology, or real-time decisioning platforms, with 2+ years in leadership or team management roles. Proven success in selling and implementing customer engagement solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact. Experience mentoring solution consultants in complex B2C software sales and implementations, preferably in customer engagement or marketing domains. Experienced in engaging with C-Suite Executives to drive buy in and demand for cutting edge decisioning solutions. Deep familiarity with Pega Customer Decision Hub or similar real-time decisioning platforms, including personalization engines, Next Best Action strategies, and omnichannel orchestration. Strong background in customer engagement optimization, including experience with real time customer decisioning, customer journey analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing optimization. Background in diverse SAP environments-from BTP and ECC to S / 4HANA and other enterprise level solutions-covering different domains and processes.
Pega Offers You :
Base salary range for this role is 148600 - 230600 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus / commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
