Adecco is hiring for Electromechanical Assemblers for a manufacturer in Beverly, MA. These are direct hire opportunities with full benefits included!
Schedule : Monday through Friday 7am-330pm
Pay rate : $23-28 per hour DOE
Core Responsibilities
Assembly : Position, align, and fasten parts, subassemblies, or frames using tools like drill presses and torque wrenches.
Wiring & Soldering : Route cables, harnesses, and perform precise soldering to connect electronic components.
Inspection & Testing : Verify dimensions with precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) and test functionality for electrical / mechanical reliability.
Troubleshooting : Identify assembly defects and assist in repairs or modifications.
Documentation : Maintain records of materials used and processes followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge : Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Tools Proficiency : Experience with hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers.
Physical Dexterity : Good eyesight and steady hands for handling small, intricate parts.
Education : High school diploma or GED; technical school training is often preferred.

Pay Details : $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
