The Analyst Development Program (ADP) helps aspiring graduates (like you!) develop a broad knowledge base through a curated training curriculum, an established mentorship program, and rotational assignments tailored to your developmental goals. Qualifications

What youve got :

You have 0-2 years of related professional experience.

• You hold, or will be completing, a Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
• You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills that fuel your passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
• You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• You have experience with or a strong desire to learn technical programs, including the MS Office suite specifically Excel, and have some knowledge of SAS Database Managment tools such as SAS, Visualization tools such as Power BI, as well as R, Python, Power BI and / or SQL.
• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and / or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
