Key Responsibilities

Oversee policy adherence, process improvement, and claims management

Analyze operational trends and lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency

Develop training materials and provide support for billing and denial management

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare administration, compliance, or billing support

Familiarity with EHR systems and claims processes

Knowledge of Medicare Advantage requirements

Strong understanding of billing requirements for various healthcare provider types

Experience in data analysis and using tools like Excel
