The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production teams. Their responsibilities focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects.
