Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of multi-touch attribution models to reflect marketing influence Build and maintain predictive models for forecasting pipeline, lead flow, and campaign ROI Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop analytics infrastructure and performance dashboards Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or growth strategy Proven success in designing multi-touch attribution models and applying predictive techniques Strong understanding of GA4 data structure and reporting Advanced SQL skills and experience with marketing tech and BI tools Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teams
