Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide essential speech and language services in a K-12 educational setting. This position focuses primarily on supporting elementary students, ensuring their communication needs are effectively met.

Location : Baytown, TX

Responsibilities :

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy in one-on-one and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students overall development.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed.
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication disorders.
