Job Title : Pharmacist
Work Schedule : Rotating shifts, Monday through Saturday, between 7 : 30 a.m. and 7 : 30 p.m.
Pay Rate : $65 / hr (Paid Weekly)

Position Summary :
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the fulfillment, dispensing, and distribution of prescription medications and related supplies. The role requires strict adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and quality standards, to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately dispense prescription medications, unit doses, and related supplies in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Process, package, and ship outgoing prescription orders, ensuring all necessary drugs, supplies, and patient education materials are included.
Interpret provider prescriptions, enter and verify patient data in pharmacy systems, and prepare prescription labels and documentation.
Communicate with patients to confirm prescription details, resolve claim rejections, verify insurance or payment information, and provide medication guidance as needed.
Order and manage inventory, including proper storage and refrigeration of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
Monitor, adjust, and calibrate dispensing and pharmacy equipment as required.
Maintain accurate records of all dispensing, compounding, and inventory activities.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state board of pharmacy regulations, and all internal quality and safety standards.
Engage directly with patients in a community pharmacy setting, providing consultations and supporting their understanding of medication use and care plans.
Qualifications :
Active pharmacist license in good standing within the state of NV
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in pharmacy management systems, prescription processing software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and wear medical-grade masks throughout the work period.
