Role & Place in the Organization
As part of the Global IT team, you will serve as an on-site senior expert and IT professional providing hands-on, day-to-day end-user support from our Lexington office. You will manage a wide variety of uniQure IT assets in Lexington, including workstations, mobile telephony solutions, networks and equipment, file shares, video conferencing solutions, and more. You will ensure all IT services are maintained to a high standard, support end-users, manage the uniQure IT helpdesk, and oversee data management processes.
Your responsibilities include investigating, diagnosing, and resolving incidents through the ticket system, ensuring all IT services are maintained, addressing user calls, and collaborating with System Engineers, Application Engineers, and Solution Architects to improve IT systems.
Report to the Director, Architecture Cyber Security & Compliance. This position is full-time and on-site in our Lexington office.
