How you create impact

As a Sales Executive at Kuehne+Nagel, you will support our rapid growth in sea logistics by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through a combination of customer visits, solution selling, and collaboration with internal teams. This is an ideal role for a motivated, sales-savvy individual looking to grow into a global logistics leader. You will gain exposure to a wide range of logistics solutions and receive support from a collaborative team.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets

Conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations

Collaborate with operations to align solutions with customer needs

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Ensure smooth customer transitions to operations

Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services

Support RFQ, pricing, and handover processes

Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance standards

What we would like you to bring

2+ years of field sales experience in sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding

Understanding of freight forwarding product, processes, and solutions

Ability to communicate effectively and present solutions to internal and external clients

Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships
