Responsible for Donor, Advisor, NPO, Associate, Plan Sponsor and Participant charitable experiences. Our team creates human-empathic experiences to maximize the impact of charitable donations while making the process accessible, simple and effective.

Top Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clear, user-focused writing; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Skilled in collaborating with UX designers, researchers, product owners, and agile teams to create and test content that guides users while reflecting Fidelity Charitable's voice and also aligns Fidelity's standards and best practices.

Familiar with journey mapping, empathy maps, priority guides, and integrating insights from UX research
