Schedule : Day shift with on call rotation.

Position Summary

The Epic Inpatient Analyst is a member of the IT team and is primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting Epic Systems. They will be a technical leader focused on supporting the operational and strategic needs of the business and clinical units they support. This position will aid in the management, planning, coordinating, and operations of the system(s), including daily support using best practices for business operation, and ensuring the system's availability and functionality across the health system.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Facilitate communication with operations to analyze and convert end-user feedback into optimized and effective solutions
• Provide day-to-day support; implement and maintain new application features and workflows
• Serve as the escalation contact between operations and support teams to resolve issues or provide status updates
• Coordinate with internal IT and our Community Connect host on projects ensuring that implementations adhere to deadlines with high quality
• Assist in formulating and documenting functional procedures and ensuring information systems conform to established standards
• Provide technical assistance to users addressing issues, and report system needs promptly to the applicable team
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24 / 7 / 365 support
• Maintain regulatory compliance by staying abreast of current trends and regulations in the IT and Healthcare industries.
• Promote a culture that reflects the organization's values, encourages good performance, and enhances productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned
