About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide advanced insights, drive strategic decision-making, and lead analytics initiatives across the organization. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, building scalable dashboards, and influencing business strategy with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define KPIs and measure performance
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and communicate results to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Drive process improvements through automation and advanced analytical methods

Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python, R, or similar tools preferred
• Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into business insights
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and cloud analytics platforms a plus
