Neonatologist Position Available in Appleton, WI

Pediatrix Medical Group is expanding our Neonatology services in Appleton, WI! This is an exciting career opportunity for a Neonatologist to join our brand new practice.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaboration between pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover the newborn nursery and provide family-centered quality healthcare.
  • Join a team of 4 Neonatologists to cover Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at St. Elizabeth.
  • Work schedule includes 24 / 7 in-house coverage and day rounding.
  • Opportunity to participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects.
  • Exchange best practices and ideas with several thousand Pediatrix providers working across more than 400 NICUs.
  • All board-certified / eligible Neonatologists, including experienced providers and newly-graduated fellows, are encouraged to apply.
  • Not accepting Locums candidates.

Qualifications :

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
  • Wisconsin license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED

    • License and Certification Requirements :

  • Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (completion prior to start) - REQUIRED
  • Wisconsin medical license or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
