Job description

What You'll Do :

  • Lead billing processes for insurance and Medicaid submissions
  • Oversee payroll operations across multiple states
  • Manage and mentor a growing billing team
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and labor regulations
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams
  • Prepare billing and payroll reports for leadership

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years leadership experience in billing / payroll
  • Experience with healthcare or ABA billing preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, private insurance, payroll compliance
  • Proficiency with systems like CentralReach, ADP, QuickBooks
