Role Overview

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist III is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP system to ensure its smooth operation and alignment with business objectives. The administrator will collaborate closely with various departments to identify needs, configurations, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to support end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system to ensure its reliability, performance, and security.
  • Set up ERP configurations and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and implement ERP policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend ERP solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
  • Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT and software vendors.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of the ERP system to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in ERP technologies and methodologies.
  • Performs additional duties as required and assigned.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role, with Epicor Prophet 21 experience.
  • Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
  • Proficiency in ERP modules such as EDI, PDW, POD, Avalara, Phocas, and others.
  • Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal].
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
  • Physical requirements : sitting, standing, walking, lifting to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
