We are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join our growing team! Previous experience is required .  The day-to-day duties include setting appointments, writing estimates, ensuring high quality repairs are being made in a timely and efficient manner.

Bodyshop Manager Responsibilities

Manage customer expectations with clear communication and service

Ensure repair work is performed efficiently, accurately, and safely

Maintain compliance through ongoing training, certifications, and courses

Promote safe use of tools and equipment; address safety concerns immediately

Mentor and support body shop employees to foster growth and performance

Lead by example with professionalism and integrity

Bodyshop Manager Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years experience in the automotive industry (specifically in service and repairs)

Strong communication and writing skills

Ability to manage others

Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
