Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

State certified general appraiser license with a minimum of 1 year holding the CG license

Participation in ongoing professional development programs

Mastery of complex concepts within the chosen sector

Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management / account management

Ability to sign reports
