Position Summary :

Under general supervision, the Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including product assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and material / component processing. This role supports the production schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently meet all assigned production work requirements by following operating procedures and work instructions.
• Operate necessary equipment to meet production schedules.
• Assemble, package, and label products; accurately complete production records.
• Perform inspections and quality checks; complete documentation per process requirements, inspection sheets, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished and in-process products for dimensional and cosmetic attributes per specifications.
• Perform rework on products rejected during inspection; collaborate with other production areas to resolve quality issues.
• May perform equipment setup, calibration, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to team success by submitting improvement ideas, identifying potential issues, and providing feedback on methods.
• Cross-train and support other areas as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and environmental practices.
• Perform other related duties as required by business needs.

Education & Experience Requirements :

Pay Details : $19.75 per hour
