Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virginia Beach, VA
Full-Time | In-Clinic Role | $80,000–$100,000 / year (base + performance bonus)
About the Position
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services in Virginia Beach. This role focuses on high-quality clinical care, collaboration with teammates, and consistent support for children and families in a structured environment.
Position Highlights
- Location : Virginia Beach, VA
- Setting : In-clinic (no in-home requirement)
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 / year (includes base salary + performance bonus)
- Employment Type : Full-time
- Reports To : Clinical and Regional Leadership
What You’ll Do
Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plansReview progress data and adjust programming as neededProvide regular supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior TechniciansLead treatment planning meetings and collaborate with caregiversEnsure documentation, plans, and procedures meet clinical and ethical standardsSupport a team-centered, organized clinic environmentParticipate in training, case reviews, and quality improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications
Active BCBA certificationEligible for or current LBA in Virginia (or ability to obtain)Strong clinical decision-making and communication skillsExperience supervising ABA staffAbility to work onsite Monday–FridayPreferred Qualifications
