Job DescriptionJob Description Essential Functions

• Lead and manage cross-functional product development projects, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and accurate project documentation.
• Utilize project management tools such as TeamGuru to develop and maintain Gantt charts, monitor project timelines, and forecast potential delays or risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of new product launches.
• Support the Business Development Manager in identifying, analyzing, and managing gross margin across product lines.
• Propose and execute margin improvement initiatives in coordination with Sourcing and Manufacturing, tracking progress and results via TeamGuru or similar tools.
• Partner with the Inside Sales team to develop and refine strategic pricing models for new and existing products.
• Work closely with Applications Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop compelling technical marketing materials including case studies, application guides, training documents, and product datasheets.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and competitive intelligence to support product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• Deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders and channel partners on product functionality, applications, and value propositions.
• Monitor field performance, warranty data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or market expansion.
