As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Janet Fernandez - State Farm Agent, you play a key role in our agencys success.   • Own your territory : Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Educate and advise customers on auto, home, life & health insurance solutions.
  • Close business and cultivate trustserve as a true advisor, not just a salesperson.
  • Maintain precise records and manage your policy pipeline effectively.
  • Exceed monthly targets and consistently raise the bar.
  • Collaborate with Janet and peers to shape agency growth strategy.
