Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing care coordination, and ensuring effective communication with patients. The role also involves using medical terminology to assist in patient care and providing exceptional phone etiquette for patient interactions. The coordinator will handle the day-to-day tasks of supporting patient needs and ensuring smooth coordination of care services.
