Senior Deputy Design Manager Municipal Projects

Turner & Townsend Heery  is seeking a Senior   Deputy Design Manager  to work with our team on large scale municipal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience working as a CM for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) or as a CM managing CMAR Contracts as well as experience leading the pre-construction / design process. The selected individual would direct and support our team of Project Managers in managing the CMARs and AEs throughout the design preconstruction construction procurement construction and closeout for the renovation and restacking of several floors throughout the building.

• Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days on site

Additional Information :

The salary range for this full-time role is $140K-$160K  per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
