About the Role

As a Project Manager with business analyst responsibilities, you'll play a key role in leading cross-functional initiatives that align with First Western's strategic objectives. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery—while also engaging deeply with business partners to define requirements and translate goals into actionable outcomes. Your ability to balance structured project oversight with analytical insight ensures clarity, efficiency, and impact across the organization.
