The Role

Wisetack is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead a group of software engineers, mentor their growth, and contribute directly to building high-quality products. This is a hands-on role where you'll set direction, code, review designs, and solve technical challenges. You'll work closely with product management, engineering peers, and business stakeholders to set priorities, plan work, and deliver value quickly.

This role is for a leader who loves building both teams and systems, can balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability, and thrives in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

The range of base salary for the position is between $166,700.00 - $233,400.00, plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies.
