Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurosurgery Team

Position Overview : Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neurosurgery. This role involves delivering exceptional care to a diverse and complex patient population in a supportive and innovative environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift : 3rd Shift (Full-Time, 36 hours per week)

Compensation : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour

Sign-On Bonus : Receive a generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 for 3rd Shift employees.

Unit Overview : Work in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for patients recovering from :

• Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke cases as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
• A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients
