We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true insurance advisor, not just a transactional order taker. You will be responsible for managing a book of business and delivering an extraordinary client experience daily.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Manage a book of business of commercial insurance accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and analyze client needs
• Develop and present insurance solutions
• Negotiate and place insurance policies
• Manage client renewals
• Provide claims assistance
• Deliver an extraordinary client experience

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and / or annual bonus based on your individual performance and / or the company's performance.
