Are you passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care? Rose View Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our progressive and collaborative in-house therapy team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a supportive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll work closely with individuals to help restore, improve, or maintain their mobility and daily living skills—supporting patients with physical, mental, or developmental conditions in reaching their highest level of independence.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in accordance with physician orders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals, frequency, duration, and appropriate modalities

Obtain and maintain current physician orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges

Deliver effective, client-centered physical therapy treatments, modifying as necessary while adhering to all clinical precautions

Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (B.S., M.S., M.A., or Doctorate in PT recognized by APTA)

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (as applicable)

Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care
