Duties & Responsibilities
Design Advanced IAM Solutions : Create secure, scalable architecture within the IAM landscape, encompassing CIAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation , and identity lifecycle governance .
Utilize Innovative Technologies : Implement tools such as Azure AD, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock , and AWS IAM to ensure superior access experiences.
Establish Governance & Policy : Manage and apply RBAC, ABAC , and authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect , in accordance with NIST and ISO 27001 standards.
Enhance Identity Infrastructure : Optimize Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM, PKI, GPOs , and Certificate Authorities .
Facilitate Secure Integration : Ensure integration of IAM solutions across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, , and third-party services is seamless and secure.
Prioritize Security : Identify and address identity-related risks with a focus on privileged access management and identity lifecycle controls.
Lead Full Lifecycle Management : Oversee IAM architecture from discovery through execution and post-deployment on significant client projects.
Collaborate with Stakeholders : Transform complex identity requirements into scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business objectives.
Ensure Quality Delivery : Manage solution quality and architectural governance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Support Business Growth : Contribute to proposals, solution design, level-of-effort estimation, and executive presentations.
Team Collaboration : Engage in additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Expertise in Microsoft Identity Platforms : Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Office 365 Roles, Intune, and Service Principals .
Knowledge of Modern Identity Protocols : Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, ADFS, Okta, Ping Identity .
Experience in Directory Integrations : Skill in cloud federation and enterprise identity management .
Understanding of Certificate Services : Knowledge of PKI, CA, AD CS, and their roles in secure authentication.
Compliance Framework Knowledge : Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC1 / 2, HITRUST, NIST .
Systems Automation Background : Experience with change management, capacity planning, and documentation best practices .
Leadership Skills : Ability to inspire teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in complex settings.

Experience :
More than 10 years of direct experience in systems administration (Windows / Linux), networking, and cybersecurity within large enterprise environments.
Over 5 years working in client-facing roles providing enterprise IAM solutions including architecture, implementation, and integration across hybrid or multi-cloud ecosystems.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time remote position, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Travel may be required for team or client meetings. PCG promotes remote work culture and values the vital role it plays in our success.

Compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, influenced by various factors such as location, role, skills, and experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
