Job descriptionConduct fitness consultations to develop member rapport and ensure the member’s goals are documented Create an individual training program based off of the the member’s goals and abilities Motivate and train the members utilizing 1 : 1 or small group sessions Track, monitor and report member’s progress towards reaching their goals All other duties as assigned Current CPR, AED and nationally recognized personal training certification(s) are required Previous PT experience is preferred in either a fitness facility or private training environment Superior communication skills with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition

The Personal Trainer’s focus is on helping the member reach their fitness goals. Each member will receive an initial fitness consultation that will set the path for establishing a 1-1 rapport with the member. As an Anytime Fitness personal trainer you will have access to a facility that includes all types of the latest equipment available. The personal trainer will guide the member to their greatest levels of personal achievement in health and fitness.
