From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Innovation Marketing Intern based in Buffalo, NY. This is a 12-month paid internship opportunity, full or part-time with a minimum of twenty hours per week. The Innovation Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Asst Director of Innovation with consumer product line management including analysis of industry data, consumer promotion development and product innovation.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include :

• Develop, maintain and promote sales efforts by creating the corresponding sales material such as Point of Sale (P.O.S), power point presentations, and industry data.
• Create / update packaging designs based on new product launch or modifications to current items.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry data.
• Communicate results effectively and maintain a disciplined approach to activity and attitude.
• Work with other departments to achieve overall company objectives when needed.
• Provide support and manage innovation projects, and accomplish tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
• Share and promote best-practices throughout the organization.
• Behave in a professional manner that always represents the Company in the highest ethical standard.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
