Looking for a Sr BI developer meeting the below criteria.
1. Data Artifacts
These relate to how data is sourced, transformed, and modeled :
Data Sources : Connections to databases, files, APIs, etc.
Dataflows : Reusable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes created in Power BI Service.
Queries (Power Query) : M-code transformations applied to data during import.
Tables : Structured data entities in the data model.
Relationships : Connections between tables defining how data interacts.
Calculated Columns : Columns created using DAX formulas.
Measures : Aggregations or calculations using DAX.
Hierarchies : Logical groupings of fields for drill-down capabilities.

2. Model Artifacts
These define the semantic layer of the data :
Data Model : The overall structure including tables, relationships, and calculations.
Roles and Security : Row-level security (RLS) definitions.
Perspectives : Subsets of the model for specific audiences (used in Analysis Services).

3. Visualization Artifacts
These are the elements used to present data :
Reports : Multi-page canvases with visuals and filters.
Dashboards : Single-page views composed of pinned visuals from reports.
Visuals : Charts, tables, maps, KPIs, slicers, etc.
Custom Visuals : Imported visuals from the marketplace or developed using Power BI SDK.
Bookmarks : Saved states of a report page for navigation or storytelling.
Tooltips : Contextual information shown when hovering over visuals.

These support governance and documentation :
Parameters : Dynamic inputs used in queries or dataflows.
Themes : JSON files defining visual styles and colors.

Deployment Pipelines : Artifacts used to manage development, test, and production stages.

5. Service-Level Artifacts
These exist in the Power BI Service :
Workspaces : Containers for organizing reports, datasets, and dashboards.
Datasets : Published data models used by reports and dashboards.
Apps : Packaged collections of dashboards and reports for distribution.
Subscriptions : Automated report delivery settings.
Alerts : Notifications based on data thresholds.
a. Good Communication (good enough to do user interactions)
b. Good Team Player skills (Proactive, Collaborative etc.)
c. Resource based out of Nearshore locations so that they get better overlaps MEX, COL, POL, Ukraine etc.
Senior resource with good technical skills in the below technologies.
i. Microsoft BI Stack
ii. SSAS (should be good as SSAS is very common in the space)
iii. SSIS (not that mandatory as it is not common as SSAS)
iv. Tableau (good to have; not mandatory.
