We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Ductwork Installer in Tampa, FL who’s ready to take on challenging, high-impact work — from chillers and towers to duct systems and dust collection. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the opportunity, the support, and the pay to match.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Read and work from engineering plans, blueprints, and submittals

Scope out jobs, prep material lists, and stick to project schedules

Assemble and install commercial HVAC systems — ductwork, piping, supports, and more

Work with air-side systems : sheet metal, insulation, balancing, controls, and rigging

Install systems including chillers, towers, pumps, package units, split systems, and dust collection

Ensure all work meets code, quality standards, and safety protocols

Help lead a safe, clean, and productive job site

What You Bring :

At least 3 years of commercial HVAC install experience

Solid understanding of mechanical systems and installation practices

Strong communication and customer service skills

Problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
