We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team in Gainesville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, particularly in handling residential and commercial closings. Experience in estate planning is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and process documents related to real estate closings, including contracts, title commitments, closing statements, and related correspondence
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, title companies, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
• Conduct title searches and assist with resolving title issues
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and firm policies
• Maintain organized files and records for all transactions
• Provide general support to the attorney,
• (Optional) Assist with estate planning matters, including preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents
