• Job Summary :

As a Residential HVAC Foreman, you'll lead dynamic construction jobsites, managing crews, assigning tasks, and setting clear goals. You'll play a key role in training and mentoring apprentices and skilled installers, ensuring the team's growth and success. You'll also ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Position Description :

Organize materials and maintain jobsite for safety and efficiency.

Ensure HVAC systems are code compliant and properly installed.

Install ductwork, gas piping, condensate piping, and venting.

Perform low-voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.

Read blueprints and layout designs, both pre-drawn and custom.

Cut / core openings and understand structural integrity when drilling.

Lead large jobsites, manage crews, and assign tasks to meet project timelines.

Licensing and Experience :

Valid Driver's License

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5+ Years of HVAC Construction Experience or have successfully completed the HVAC Apprenticeship

Schedule :

Four 10-hour days

Overtime As Needed
