Tele Ops Operator

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Tele Ops Operator to join their team. As a Tele Ops Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Autonomous Vehicle Monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have proactive problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Tele Ops Operator

Location : Foster City, CA

Pay Range : 29 / hr.

Shift : Day / Night shift Available

What's the Job?

Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations to ensure safety and efficiency

Respond to and manage critical mission needs in real-time

Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations

Assist with testing and data collection to improve vehicle performance

Work closely with software, QA, and UX teams to enhance the TeleOps interface

What's Needed?

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment

2-3 years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment

Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities
