Job Summary :

This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable professional skills in a supportive, home office environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to complete project-based assignments that require attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong communication.

Essential Duties :

Support project leaders in achieving outcomes and closing projects

Develop and document carrier procurement communication plans

Clean and maintain account data

Convert SOPs to SWIs (Standard Work Instructions)

Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Contribute to other projects as assigned
