Hand & Stone Regional Spa Manager will oversees multiple spa locations in Brandywine, MD, Woodbridge, VA and Sterling, VA focusing on operations, sales, and staff management . Responsibilities include supporting spa managers, ensuring consistent service delivery, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards across their assigned locations.
Requirements :
- Operational Support : Providing guidance and support to spa managers and staff on day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Sales & Revenue Generation : Implementing strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability across all locations.
- Staff Management : Recruiting, training, and managing spa teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance & Standards : Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as upholding Hand & Stone's brand standards.
- Performance Monitoring : Utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess spa performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Communication & Collaboration : Maintaining regular communication with spa managers, corporate departments (e.g., Training, Marketing, IT), and franchise owners.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
Leadership & Management : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Sales & Customer Service : Strong sales acumen, with experience in consultative selling, upselling, and client retention strategies.Operational Expertise : Knowledge of spa operations, including POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Analytical & Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.Industry Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
