Family Medicine Physician
StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 Pay Rate : $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for
locum tenens support as they look to fill a
current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required.
- Patients per day : 21
- Practice Setting : Outpatient Clinic
- Scope : Standard Primary Care
- State Licensure : California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
- Responsibility for Mid-Levels : Yes
- Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days or less
