HCM Project Manager

A company is looking for an HCM Project Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor tasks and deliverables across client workgroups (IT, Payroll, HR)

Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with the client team

Provide status reports and coordinate with the ADP implementation project manager on overall project status

Required Qualifications

Experience in project management within Payroll or HCM environments

Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping

Ability to work approximately 5-10 hours per week until project go-live

Understanding of HR information systems and templated uploads

Availability to coordinate with teams in EST time zone
