Escrow and Property Tax Specialist

A company is looking for an Escrow & Property Tax Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform annual and interim escrow analyses to ensure accurate account balances and payment projections

Monitor insurance and property tax payments, including due dates, penalties, and refunds

Communicate with local tax authorities, vendors, and borrowers to resolve discrepancies or issues

Qualifications :

Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel experience required

Experience with Loanserv Servicing System preferred

Prior mortgage experience preferred

Prior escrow account handling is a plus

Ability to work as a team member and follow directions
